Tai Chi Description: Tai Ji is a Chinese movement form comprised of a series of choreographed movements, which cultivate strength, flexibility and balance, lower blood pressure, improve circulation and increase mindfulness. In these classes, students are introduced to the basic history, choreography, martial arts techniques and medicinal applications of Yang-style Tai Ji.
